Eurowag x Sygic Migration.

Project Overview
Worked alongside the Design Director to support the migration of key Sygic website pages into the Eurowag platform. The goal was to seamlessly integrate content while maintaining a consistent Eurowag brand experience.

The Challenge
Migrate multiple pages from an external brand into an existing ecosystem without disrupting user experience or brand consistency. The project required a clear content structure, fast turnaround, and careful balance between Sygic’s product identity and Eurowag’s design system.

Approach
Began with a detailed whitepaper, auditing existing Sygic pages and mapping out a proposed information architecture. Defined how content would be restructured and how pages would connect within the Eurowag site. To accelerate the process, used AI-assisted tools to generate initial copy and low-fidelity page frameworks. These were then refined, ensuring alignment with UX best practices and expectations before securing client approval.

Execution
Developed high-fidelity designs by applying Eurowag’s design system, incorporating existing imagery, illustrations, and iconography. Introduced Sygic product visuals where appropriate, carefully balancing both brands to create a cohesive and intuitive user experience. Collaborated closely with stakeholders throughout, iterating quickly based on feedback and maintaining alignment with project timelines.

Outcome
Successfully delivered the migration ahead of schedule, with a streamlined and user-friendly set of pages that integrated seamlessly into the Eurowag platform. The client was highly satisfied with both the speed of delivery and the quality of the final designs.
